Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping returns
Return your product to: Natural Answer Products, Van Slingelandtstraat 7, 9716 GJ Groningen, Netherlands. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable.
