Natural Answer is proud to be working with producers that create top quality products and high ethical standards. For us, this is not only a happy coincidence but a requirement. We would like to change the use of all natural products to be more mainstream. This requires a certain amount of profit to expand and grow. Although this profit is never more important than quality and ethics.
About the producers
Natural Answer only works with the best producers. We believe that “best” is not only using the highest quality ingredients. Just as important to us is the way it is produced. Our shampoo bars and conditioner bars are produced in an as environmentally friendly way possible.
The third criterion is the opportunity for the employees. We want to keep a family atmosphere as producers. This means there is no strict boss-employee dynamic and all employees are directly responsible for their own results. Also there is an opportunity for extra education. That education is of course used for current improvements but also a way to improve skill sets for the future.
The future
The education and knowledge that our employees gain from working with us make it possible for them to become an independent entrepreneur. We want to set our people up to create their own business with the skills learned and help them to create their own production facilities. By doing this we empower people with opportunities to produce for us or make the decision to produce their own range of natural products.
