When using the shampoo & body bars, use your hands to rub on the bar to create some foam, which you can rub in your hair or on your body.
Alternatively you can use the shampoo & body bar to rub directly on your hair and body.

You can use the conditioner bar correctly by rubbing it all over your hair. In contrast to the shampoo bars, these are a lot harder. This means that you should take your time rubbing it all over your hair, the sides, back and try to reach your roots too. While rinsing under the shower, run your fingers through you hair. If you happen to come across tangled hair or knots, you probably haven't used enough.

If you did it right, you should be able to comb your hair without any issues. Silky smooth, oh yeah!

All Shampoo & body bars are 100% natural. There is however one exception. The musk scent in the Activated Charcoal and musk shampoo & body bar is created in a laboratory.We really want to offer this scent but hate the idea of exploiting animals to extract the musk ketone scent. This is why we decided to add this ingredient as the one exception in our entire product range.

Yes. We do not use any ingredients from animals. This makes our products 100% Vegan.

No. We do not use any ingredients that are produced unsustainably. This includes Palm Oil. Also the use of a natural foaming agent is avoided. For example; SLS is often replaced by SLSA to qualify as a natural subsitute. Unfortunately this is often created from palm oil. This also counts for Cetyl Alcohol, which is often created from Palm oil. Our Cetyl alcohol is sourced from Coconut oil instead.

What you see is what you get from our shampoo and conditioner bars. All ingredients are listed in the product descriptions.

For the base of the shampoo & body bars we use shea butter, coconut oil, sesame oil, sunflower oil, olive oil and castor oil.

These oils are a rich and natural source of a variety of vitamins. These vitamins are: vitamin A, D, E & K.

Our bars are hand made using the artisanal cold pressed method. This means that the ingredients are not heated extremely while changing the chemical structure. This method preserves the beneficial ingredients.

Full disclosure, we use the best alternatives for regular chemical ingredients. We have chosen to use Emulsifying wax (Polawax NF) in our conditioner bars. This product has the ISO 16128 certification. This certification means that 87% is of natural origin. No animal ingredients are used, so the bar is still Vegan.

We mention creating the shampoo & body and conditioner bars by cold process. This is a method of soap making that is the original way of making soap. Apart from this method being energy efficient it is also a way to preserve the beneficial properties of the all natural ingredient we use in our range of shampoo & body and conditioner bars.

We don't use machines to create our products. This means that no shampoo bar is exactly the same.

We do not use any chemicals (Free of SLA, SLSA, SLS ,SLES & parabens). We just use natural and organic ingredients and organic vegetable oils. This means that if you have an allergic response to one or more chemical ingredients used in regular shampoo then you are most likely safe to use our shampoo & body bars and conditioner bars.

Before deciding what scent you like, please make sure you are not allergic to one of the ingredients used (full list found in the description).

Our bars do not contain any chemical preservatives. This does not mean the bars will expire rapidly! When kept in a cool and dry place, the bars will stay perfect for at least a year. In most cases even longer.

If you are using the bars, use a soap dish to ensure the bars will dry after use. Receive a free starter kit (soap dish + washing cloth) on orders over €60!

We make it a priority when it comes to shipping quickly. This means that we always ship within 24 hours, except for the weekend. You can be sure your order will arrive as quickly as possible.

We ship quickly but the arrival of your order depends on the country. To give you an estimate, here are the countries listed in order:

1-2 business days: Netherlands, Belgium
2-3 business days: Germany, France
4-10 business days: Austria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

We take great care in shipping our shampoo bars & conditioner bars as sustainably as possible. This means we ship without the use of any plastics. As a filler we use recycled kraft packing paper.

If possible - which it will be in most cases - we will ship your order in a way that it will fit through your mailbox. This means you will not need to be home or pick it up from a service point.

We charge shipping according to what we pay to the shipping company. I fact, we pay the packaging and handling our self. Depending on the destination the cost is the following:
