Hydroxyapatite
Hydroxyapatite (HAP) is the mineral your teeth are made of. Natural Answer’s HAP powders deliver biocompatible calcium phosphate directly to tooth enamel — remineralising, strengthening, and gently whitening without fluoride. Backed by peer-reviewed research and used in Japanese dental care since the 1970s.
Two powder sizes — which is right for you?
60nm Nano Hydroxyapatite — ultra-fine particles that integrate into enamel gaps for maximum remineralisation and sensitivity relief. Best for enamel repair and sensitive teeth.
40 micron Hydroxyapatite — larger particles for daily cleansing, polishing, and gentle stain removal. More affordable; ideal as an everyday toothpaste addition.
How to use HAP powder
Dip a wet toothbrush directly into the powder, or mix a small amount into your existing toothpaste. Brush for two minutes. No rinsing required.
Frequently asked questions
Is hydroxyapatite as effective as fluoride?
Clinical studies show nano-HAP remineralises early enamel lesions at least as effectively as fluoride, with the added benefit of being biocompatible and non-toxic. Popular for children and fluoride-sensitive individuals.
Are these powders safe?
Yes. Hydroxyapatite is biocompatible — the same mineral found in bones and teeth. No fluoride, no SLS, no artificial flavours, no microplastics. Vegan and cruelty-free.
How long does one jar last?
A 50g jar lasts approximately 3-4 months with daily use. The 60nm powder is used in smaller quantities and lasts a similar period.
