  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable

3. Shipping

  • We ship within the European Union
  • Free shipping on orders over 60 EUR

4. Returns and Refunds

  • You have 14 days to return unused products in original packaging
  • Contact us before returning any items
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned items
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective

  • Product images are representative; natural variations may occur
  • Ingredient lists are provided on each product page
  • If you have allergies, please check ingredients carefully before use

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By joining the Natural Answer Products Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.

11. Program Overview

  • The Natural Answer Products Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers to our website
  • Commission rate: 20% of the sale value (excluding shipping and taxes)
  • Cookie duration: 30 days from when a customer clicks your affiliate link
  • Minimum payout threshold: €20

12. Eligibility

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older
  • You must provide accurate information during registration
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any application without explanation
  • Affiliates from all countries are welcome, though payments are processed in Euros

13. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Promote Natural Answer Products honestly and ethically
  • Do not make false claims about our products
  • Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law (e.g., FTC guidelines in the US, ASA in the UK)
  • Do not engage in spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive advertising
  • Do not bid on our brand name or trademarks in paid advertising

14. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination:

  • Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link)
  • Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
  • Using coupon/discount codes not provided by us
  • Creating websites that impersonate Natural Answer Products
  • Any fraudulent activity or artificial inflation of commissions

15. Commission Payment

  • Commissions are tracked automatically when customers use your affiliate link
  • Commissions become payable after the return period (14 days) has passed
  • Payments are processed monthly via PayPal or bank transfer
  • You are responsible for any taxes on your affiliate income

16. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time
  • Upon termination, you must remove all affiliate links and marketing materials
  • Pending commissions will be paid if they meet the minimum threshold and no violations occurred
  • We reserve the right to withhold commissions earned through prohibited activities

17. Changes to Program

We may modify the commission rate, cookie duration, or other program terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
